Butter is made by separating the cream and skimmed milk. And the grass-fed butter is made from the milk of cows that graze on pasture or are fed fresh grass. The high quality butter is light yellow in color, and is widely used as a spread, as well as for cooking and baking. The texture is uniform and delicate, and the smell is fragrant.
