The team covers marine food, biomedicine, food science and engineering, food nutrition and safety, functional lipid production and application, engineering technology and other majors, of which 50% have bachelor's degree and 20% have master's degree or above. It has undertaken a number of national, Shandong and Qingdao science and technology projects.
