Seawit® Deep-sea Fish Oil Powder

Seawit®Deep-sea Fish Oil Powder is a powder product with good flowability made by dispersing tuna oil added with natural tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate as antioxidant stabilizers into an emulsion containing L-ascorbic acid sodium in the form of ultrafine oil droplets, and then spray-drying it into powder. The product use agglomeration granulation technology and has good dispersibility.

Introduction

Seawit®Deep-sea Fish Oil Powder is produced by dispersing tuna fish oil supplemented with natural tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate in the form of nano-sized or submicron droplets in an emulsion containing emulsifier, embedding materials and L-Vc sodium, and then spray-drying it to form a free-flowing powder at low temperatures. lt is dispersible in cold water and comply with Kosher standard.
