Introduction

Seawit® algal oil DHA powder is made from DHA algal oil supplemented with natural tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate. The oil droplets are dispersed in an emulsion at the nanometer or submicron scale and then spray-dried into free-flowing powder at low temperature. It is classified into 4 categories based on the source of protein and carbohydrates in the ingredients: M (only from dairy), MG (only from goat milk), S (only from plant sources), and B (contains both dairy and plant sources). S represents ingredients containing sodium octenylsuccinate starch.
 
Algal-sourced omega-3 more sustainable, more potent and more enjoyable to consume, which is not affected by marine pollution.
