The R&D team of Seawit optimized the production process and parameters of DHA/ARA powder microcapsules. After many experiments, it was determined that the emulsification system and the embedding wall material formula were suitable. The emulsion containing DHA/ARA was spray-dried to obtain agglomeration. Powder microcapsule particles with good effect, uniform particle size, good dispersibility and solubility. On this basis, the Haizhiyuan R&D team gave full play to the advantages of the equipment, tapped the equipment potential, and jointly developed with the German GEA company, determined to use the bottom spraying secondary embedding technology to fully uniform the new wall materials required for the secondary embedding It is sprayed on the outside of the powder microcapsules, and the product is embedded in the fluidized bed inside the spray drying tower; it changes the unevenness of the previous side spray or top spray method.

 

The realization of the bottom spraying secondary embedding process greatly improves the product quality of DHA/ARA powder microcapsules. Among the key indicators, the moisture content of the microcapsules is below 5%, the oil embedding rate is as high as 99.9%, and the surface oil content is less than 0.1%. The external wall material effectively prevents the internal grease from being affected by surrounding air, light, temperature and other factors, and protects the DHA/ARA grease from oxidation; at the same time, the reduction of the product surface oil can reduce the odor of oxidation and improve the performance of DHA/ARA grease. Flavor. The application of this technology can effectively extend the product shelf life by 360 days, which greatly expands the application range of microbial oil DHA/ARA.
